The American Citizen Services (ACS) unit at the U.S. Consulate General Curacao provides services to U.S. citizens residing in or traveling to Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Sint.Maarten, Sint. Eustatius, and Saba.
Here you will find information about U.S. passports, reports of American births abroad, federal benefits, tax information, vital records, and other areas of concern for U.S. citizens.
We provide routine consular services on Monday between 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and Friday between 09:00 am – 11:00 am, except American and local holidays. Services are by appointment only.
- To apply for a Passport or Consular Report of Birth Abroad, visit the ACS Appointment System.
- To schedule a Notarial service, visit the Notarial Appointment System.
- To request an emergency appointment (e.g., lost or stolen passport with imminent scheduled travel), call +599-9-461-3066 during business hours or email ACSCuracao@state.gov.

U.S. citizens can register with the Consulate General using the State Department’s internet-based registration system.
