The American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit at the U.S. Consulate General in Curacao covers the consular district of the Dutch Caribbean which includes the islands of Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Saba, Sint Eustatius, and Sint Maarten.
The ACS Unit can assist with both routine and special citizen services.
- Routine services include issuance of U.S. passports, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, and notarial services
- Special citizen services include assistance to U.S. citizens for an arrest, hospitalization, victim of crime, welfare and whereabouts, or death while traveling in the Dutch Caribbean

Renunciation of U.S. citizenship services are by appointment only. Please send an email at ACSCuracao@state.gov to schedule an appointment before appearing at the Consulate to submit your application.

HOURS OF OPERATION
The ACS Unit at the U.S. Consulate General in Curacao is open from 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday except for U.S. and Curacao federal holidays.
