New rules for visitors to the Consular Section

Beginning August 23, 2021, all individuals over the age of 14 years visiting the Consular section will be required to show either a proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative PCR or Antigen test administered within 3 days of the interview.

The American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit at the U.S. Consulate General in Curacao covers the consular district of the Dutch Caribbean which includes the islands of Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Saba, Sint Eustatius, and Sint Maarten.

SERVICES PROVIDED

The ACS Unit can assist with both routine and special citizen services.

  • Routine services include issuance of U.S. passports, Consular Reports of Birth Abroad, and notarial services
  • Special citizen services include assistance to U.S. citizens for an arrest, hospitalization, victim of crime, welfare and whereabouts, or death while traveling in the Dutch Caribbean
