Necessary Documents: Applicants must bring all necessary documents for the service requested. The list of documents needed for each service is will be provided by email when we schedule your appointment.

Payment: We will only accept cash in US Dollars in the exact amount. We cannot provide change and we cannot accept more that the amount required.
Delivery of U.S. Passports and CRBAs: Applicants must arrange delivery of U.S. passports and CRBAs by submitting a pre-paid airway bill for DHL courier service at the time of their appointment.
